In my world, cooking and baking are all about sharing love and wellness. It’s always been that way for me, from cooking as a child with my Italian and Irish family to cooking with my husband to my cooking classes. I carry my family traditions with me to this day to inspire and inform the way I cook.

The traditions of small batch baking to yield the best taste and texture is the only way I know to bake. So each mini 5-ounce 'Bambino Bundt' is hand baked individually with the freshest, largely organic ingredients we can find. From organic sprouted whole wheat flour and organic coconut sugar; the finest vanilla extract and powdered cocoa to organic spices and extra virgin olive oil, each ‘Bambino Bundt’ is uncompromising in quality.

Each 4-inch/5 oz 'Bambino Bundt' is carefully packed by hand and is the perfect serving for 1 to 2 people. So if your idea of heaven is a dense, richly flavored cake in a variety of flavors, you’ve come to the right place.

Care and Feeding of Your Bambino Bundt

Each Bambino Bundt arrives ready to eat. If you are not eating it immediately, store your ‘Bambino Bundt’ in the fridge or freezer (they freeze great). Allow to come to room temp before serving. Cakes will keep, in the fridge for 2 weeks and in the freezer for 6 months.

There are lots of treats baking here at Christina Cooks so any order placed will be baked and shipped within one week of receipt of order.
