The Aceto Balsamico (balsamic vinegar) of Modena we offer is IGP certified with 6% acidity and 1.32 density, aged for 10-12 years ensuring the sweet intensity we have come to associate with balsamic vinegar.
This luscious vinegar is perfect, combined with my olive oil on a salad, drizzled over fresh fruit or gelato, or as a finish to roasted vegetables.
