In this class, the only one of the season, let’s try something new.

Instead of more recipes clogging your inbox or a dusty folder on a bookshelf, how about we discover the concept of cooking with intuition, from your gut, from your soul, from a little seed deep inside you that says, ”I’m hungry” to a dish that satisfies you on every level.

In this class, I hope to plant the seed, cultivate the ideas and begin the process of teaching you to cook without recipes. I’ll be cooking from ingredients on hand, on the counter, prepping and cooking as we talk about the in’s and out’s of the kitchen.

Whether you’re an experienced cook or a novice at the stove this class is for you. All of us can use a little help in tapping into our senses a bit more, right?

So bring your intuition; no pens or papers, notepads, phones or tablets needed (you’re welcome to have them with you…) and let’s figure out this thing called cooking that seems to confound so many of us.
